What is Nourished Leadership?
It’s a professional development program founded on three main pillars: self leadership, soft power and self care.
The Road to Nourished Leadership begins with a question, or two.
After climbing the professional ladder, pushing for outcomes, having measurable success and doing all the right things to grow and achieve, the questions begin to emerge.
Is my career supporting or stifling who I am and what I want to give and receive from life? Am I really making a meaningful difference in the world? Am I the kind of leader I truly want to be? Can I stay on this track for 20+ more years without losing myself or my sanity? Is my career enabling or depleting my quality of life?

Too often we default into the work system rather than taking a step back and designing the right path forward for our unique work blueprint (based on who we are, our work style, personality, values and goals).

I come to you as a career strategist, coach, teacher, facilitator, and ally.
I’ve worked with leaders from Fortune 500 companies, startups, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and professionals in transition, redesigning their path forward.
My mission is to give you the courage, permission, tools and roadmap to design a meaningful, creative career that is designed for your unique blueprint (based on your work style, personality, values and goals), that integrates nourishing yourself into your plan (rather than being an afterthought) and that adds value to the world.
